1. At temperatures up to 100C we use DWK 1109 sensor

2. At temperatures from 100 to 300С we use DWK 1209 or 1212 model ("Pillar" sensor)

3. DWK 1109 and DWK 1209 were developed as an alternative to tenso-resistive beam type sensors and is recommended for use in scales, which design features do not allow to use ties and other mechanical elements to protect the scales structure from longitudinal and lateral transfer.

4. Contact surfaces of DWK 1109 and DWK 1209 have self-leveling profile in built sites and that helps to avoid thermal extension of weighing set and considerably reduce requirements in terms of flatness and parallelism of weighing set's contact surfaces.

5. DWK 1109 and DWK 1209 bodies are made of heat-resistant stainless steel, and its resistance elements and tensometer node are covered by the additional housing which allow to use cooling of compressed air. Consumption of compressed air per one sensor at pressure of 4 kg/cm2 is 15-20 l/min.
