AUTOMATIC ROLLING FORCE CONTROL SYSTEM
PURPOSE
  • visual control of working forces of roughing and finishing rolling mills
  • forming of analog or relay signals
  • recording and restoring of information about average and maximum rolling force for each transition

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

  • displaying on indicator board, preview and printing of digital and graphical information about average and maximum pressure force in each transition with the indication of date and time

  • data restore

  • forming of output analog signals proportional to forces recorded on left and right sensor, as well as the aggregated rolling forces

  • forming of the pressure presence and pressure overload relay signals

  • diagnosis of sensor efficiency, automatic switching into emergency mode and formation of "failure" signal.

  • creation of protocols for exceeding rolling technology standards

  • transmission on demand of information about the temporary loads on the sensor via the RS 485 interface

  • transmission on demand of information about redistribution of weights in the sensor cross-section via the RS 485 interface

  • linearization of indications in the entire range of loads

  • sensor checking and diagnosis
