High accuracy and reliable methodology to check the metrological characteristics allow to use scales for both technological and commercial purposes.

Attestation and periodic inspection is carried out by using standard weights.

At the customer request we provide additional software and hardware to connect RWDt into integrated weight dosing set

In order to adapt scales to work with the chemically active or abrasive materials working hardware is made of stainless steel.
In case of necessity scales can be fitted with forced air blowing of sensors, which allow weighting of materials with temperature up to 200C.
Scale structure doesn't have any fast wearing off parts which guarantees reliability of his work.

Thanks to small dimensions scales can be installed directly underneath a bunker as well as on reload points of materials or in points of direction change of transport streams.

Depending on the operating conditions scales can be produced in an open or dust-proof version with possibility to connect to the compressed air system.

In order to work with sluggish or sticky materials RWDt can be equipped with vibro-funnel.[/center]
