PURPOSE
DWK 1109 and DWK 1209 were developed as an alternative to measuring tenso-resistive beams and is recommended for use in scales, which design features do not allow to use ties and other mechanical elements of the scales structure, to protect scale system from longitudinal and lateral transfer[/size] |

- compensation non-parallelism of the scale set contact surfaces
- compensation of non-symmetric force distribution
- resistance to vibration and impact load
- DWK 1209 is made of heat-resistant stainless steel ; his resistance element and tensometric node are additionally protected by the housing cooled with compressed air

Contact surfaces of DWK 1109 are shaped to promote sensor return to starting position if lateral forces are applied and compensate non-parallelism of scales contact surface.

To control the temperature of DWK 1109 body semiconductor temperature sensor have been built-in.
DWK 1109 installation is carried out without using of screw connections which simplifies the assembly, as well as removes the effect of thermal expansion of the scales set.
